How Do You Do It?
I was enjoying a Christmas visit with friends. We were all sitting around the dining room table, eating, laughing and talking. Suddenly this young woman in her 30s, who I had just met, turned to me and said, “How do you do it?”
I was startled and puzzled. I asked her, “What do you mean?” “Do what?”
“How do you stay so young? You’re in good health, you look young, you have energy, your mind is quick.”
I thought for a minute and then I had to laugh because at CDM everyone “looks young,” or much younger than their actual age. What she was asking about actually was the result of daily meditation. Using the CDM meditation techniques daily to refresh and renew the body and the energy system.
I asked if she wanted to experience an energy healing. She said yes and we found some space in the kitchen. I gave her an aura healing, and asked her how she felt afterwards. She validated that she definitely felt energy moving, especially in her legs. Turns out she works as a caregiver. As a healer herself, she often picks up energy from her clients which she was able to release.
So many people can benefit from the simple meditation tools that CDM teaches. I am grateful that I am able to benefit from them as well.
